សហព័ន្ធកីឡាអេឡិចត្រូនិកកម្ពុជា អក្សរកាត់ «សអក»ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៤ដែលត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការដោយគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិអូឡាំពិកកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ព្រមទាំងជាសមាជិកពេញសិទ្ធិរបស់សហព័ន្ធកីឡាអេឡិចត្រូនិកអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ សហព័ន្ធកីឡាអេឡិចត្រូនិកអាស៊ី និងសហព័ន្ធកីឡាអេឡិចត្រូនិកអន្តរជាតិ។ សអកមានសិទ្ធិអំណាចពេញលេញក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយកីឡាអេឡិចត្រូនិកទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈការរីកចម្រើននៃប្រាជ្ញា និងស្មារតីរបស់អត្តពលិក។ ជាស្ថាប័នតែមួយគត់ដែលគ្រប់លើការសកម្មភាពកីឡាអេឡិចត្រូនិកនៅក្នុងប្រទេស និងតំណាងឲ្យកម្ពុជាលើអន្តរជាតិ។ អាសយដ្ឋាននៅអគារលេខ១ ផ្លូវសាធារណៈប៉ូឡូញ សង្កាត់វាល់វង់ ខ័ណ្ឌ៧មករា រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
E-Sports Federation Cambodia (EFC) is officially established in 2014, a full member of International Esports Federation (IESF), Asian Esports Federation (AESF), recognized by National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MEYS). EFC is a full authority to develop and promote esports throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia with growing in wisdom and intellectual of youths and athlete. Organizing local and international competition in the Kingdom and represent Cambodia internationally. Its registered office is No.1, St. Republic of Poland, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
